Jewellers For Hope Raises ₹1 Crore For Three NGOS

The GJEPC hosted a by-invitation-only charity dinner, Jewellers for Hope, on the sidelines of the show to raise funds for a noble cause.

The gem and jewellery industry has always made it a point to support social causes and is committed towards the betterment of our society. Taking this a step further, the GJEPC launched its first large-scale philanthropic initiative in 2014 with Jewellers for Hope, a charity dinner that mobilised the entire Indian gem and jewellery industry into donating ₹1 crore towards a noble cause.
This year, too, the GJEPC in association with De Beers Group of Companies, held a by-invitation only charity dinner on July 27th 2017 at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai to raise funds for chosen social causes. The formal black-tie event was attended by the who’s who of the industry and a total of
