Bindi Irwin has been candid about her desire for commitment with her long-time lover Chandler Powell.

“I think it’s really lovely when people ask about [our possible engagement],” Bindi, 20, said last week. “I promise you, if and when we do get engaged and married, I won’t keep it a secret. I’ll be yelling from the rooftops!”
