Robert Rinder has presided over numerous challenging situations on ITV’s Judge Rinder, but nothing has prepared him for the trials of BBC1’s The Heat Is On: Sport Relief.

In the documentary, Robert joins Louise Minchin, Frankie Bridge, Samantha Womack, Nick Grimshaw, Krishnan Guru-Murthy and Karim Zeroual on a gruelling trek through the Namib Desert for this week’s Sport Relief.
