All 12 episodes will be on BBC iPlayer after the first two episodes have aired
The BAFTA-winning Talking Heads, a series of poignant and comic monologues written by Alan Bennett, was first brought to TV in 1988 by a distinguished cast including Dame Julie Walters, Dame Maggie Smith and Dame Thora Hird.
