Lyra makes a surprising friend as she investigates what lies behind Dust

Lyra’s quest to learn more about the elusive substance known as Dust sees her team up with an intriguing scientist this week. The ruthless members of the Magisterium, who control Lyra’s world, teach that Dust is original sin, but Lyra does not believe them, so she wants to track down a scholar who can reveal the truth.
