When Mary found Freda Burgess going inside No.3 last week and discovered that Norris had instructed Freda to sell his home, the florist was utterly stunned and hurt that her husband hadn’t got in touch.

Now, putting two and two together after seeing Freda carting about a funeral urn, Mary wonders if Freda has done away with Norris! After all, it was over a year ago that he left for Edinburgh, where Freda is living with her aunt Emily.
