Abi tells Imran that he’s Alfie’s father

Imran’s mind races when Toyah grills him for legal advice about an ‘ex-client’ with a history of drug abuse who is fighting to keep hold of her newborn son. Rightly suspecting that she’s talking about Abi, he hotfoots it to the hospital, where the mechanic confirms that baby Alfie is the product of their one night stand.

Both are panic-stricken when they spot Toyah watching on from the corridor. The kindly Battersby currently believes that Alfie’s father is Abi’s ex, Tez. Can Imran find a way to keep things that way?
