That’s the surprise in store for workers in ITV’s new Undercover Big Boss series, in which company CEOs don disguises to see what’s really going on in the workplace.

A reboot of C4’s Undercover Boss, the four-part series sees bosses from Pickfords removal firm, Bristol Street Motors, Euro Foods Group and Wyldecrest Parks joining workers on the bottom rung of the ladder.
