C4’s reality series Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins is back to put another batch of celebs through gruelling SAS-style training under the watchful eye of Ant Middleton and his team of instructors.

The latest new recruits for the punishing experience include TV personalities Ulrika Jonsson and Saira Khan, singers Kerry Katona and Alexandra Burke, former Olympic rower James Cracknell, reality TV star Vicky Pattison and presenter Ore Oduba.

As ever, it’s fun to watch the great and good being taken out of their comfort zones by the huge mental and physical challenges they are put through during their eight-day stay on a remote island in the Hebrides.
