In different phases of life (ranging from toddler to dotage), we experience, both the positives and negatives. The key to equanimity lies in the secret of the art of letting go. We might have got disheartened by our close ones, acquaintances, or even strangers; experienced major setbacks, and impediments in life but it is shrewd to leave that behind at the very moment and move on. If you hold on to your past, you will be punishing yourself emotionally, mentally, and physically, henceforth you need to keep and make yourself strong for your loved ones.

If you can’t laugh at the same joke again and again, how come you cry over the same pain constantly?- herein, try to get bored with the pain you are suffering from and replenish your happiness right over by a smile and penning down your thoughts in your diary/paper/journal.
