The deep fringe is once again adding a discreetly decorative look to upholstery
ALTHOUGH the return of the fringe was one of my predictions for this year (COUNTRY LIFE, December 26, 2018), I had hoped to address the subject in greater depth before it properly became a thing. However, now that fringes have played a starring role in the room that Ben Pentreath recently decorated for the revered fabric and wallpaper brand G. P. & J. Baker, a thing is definitely what they have become.
