He's one of Australia's most popular - and highest paid - TV personalities, but Hamish Blake has revealed he's ready to put his career on hold to focus on the one role that means the most to him: being a father.

Downplaying all talk of ambitious plans for his own show or dreams of taking on Hollywood, the host of Nine Network's LEGO Masters has shared that all he wants to do is nothing".

“I know you're not meant to say this but my goal is to be not busy, and to be a dad and a husband, and to go on a few family adventures," he tells TV WEEK in a recent interview. He adds: “To me, that's heaven."

The 40-year-old can certainly afford to take it move t easy for a while, with his - BLAKE beauty entrepreneur wife Zoë Foster-Blake amassing a fortune and investing in multimillion-dollar properties. Towards the end of last year, Foster-Blake, we 41, recently sold off a controlling stake in her company Go-To Skincare for a whopping $89 million.
