Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are celebrating their first anniversary in a big way. The rekindled stars have purchased a magnificent estate in Los Angeles’ exclusive Bel-Air enclave for $74 million so they can live out their blended family dreams.

With wedding talk still at the forefront of everyone’s minds, Lopez, 52, and Affleck, 49, just couldn’t wait to play house together – a moment they’ve been longing for since they ended their first engagement in 2004!

According to the TMZ website, the palatial white building sprawls across 4856 square metres and features 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms, plus four kitchens, a cinema, wine cellar, gym, and security suite, as well as the added privacy of grand trees surrounding the perimeter of the property like a fortress without compromising the views of Los Angeles.
