THE past two months have been a whirlwind — even by Miley Cyrus’ wild standards. In August, the “Slide Away” singer announced her separation from husband Liam Hems­ worth — and almost simultaneously went public with her relationship with Kaitlynn Carter. But now, just weeks later, Miley and Kaitlynn have split, and the 26-year-old singer’s behavior seems to be growing increasingly erratic.

“Friends fear that Miley’s gone off the deep end, because she’s all over the place,” an insider says. “Her weight has plummeted, and she’s hitting the party scene. Some say she’s a lost soul, like a lot of these Hollywood stars who shot to fame at a young age.”

Rumors that the singer is partying again are particularly worrisome, given Miley’s history with drugs and alcohol. “She claims to have conquered her demons, but those close to her are concerned that her self-destructive tendencies could send her down a slippery slope," the source says." they're urging her to seek help before it's too late."
