DAYTIME disaster “The Talk” is in jeopardy after hitting a horrendous new low in the ratings — and desperate producers are ready to beg Sharon Osbourne to come back and save the sinking show, sources snitched.

The beleaguered CBS gabfest was scarred by scandal when potty-mouthed Sharon parted ways with the program after her fiery on-screen clash with Sheryl Underwood on March 10 raised charges of racism, and others accused Osbourne of hurling hateful slurs behind the scenes.

Shortly after “The Talk” returned from its hiatus — with panelists Sheryl, Amanda Kloots, Elaine Welteroth and Carrie Ann Inaba — the show was rocked by Carrie Ann’s sudden decision to take a “leave of absence” to “focus on her well-being” — as well as plummeting ratings!
