Insiders close to the troubled A-list couple said the former “7th Heaven” sweetie is still steamed at Justin for his humiliating PDA fireworks with “Palmer” co-star Alisha Wainwright during a night of drinking in New Orleans in late November.

“Jessica’s not going to let Justin get off that easy,” tattled an insider. “She found out that some healthy flirting with other men goes a long way to getting him to toe the line!”
