CHER keeps trying to “turn back time” with plastic surgery — but the results have been disastrous, sources spilled to The National ENQUIRER!

Although the Oscar-winning superstar insists her most recent work is a facelift, “her kisser is frozen and packed with Botox, fillers and lip injections!” a source spilled.

Insiders told The ENQUIRER the singer has had a lot more work than she’s willing to admit to.

“Cher had pretty much everything done — and not everything turned out the way she hoped,” an insider revealed.

She admits her boob job was a complete bust.
