AMANDA BYNES’ worried parents have moved from Texas back to Los Angeles in a bid to help the troubled star with her mental health.

The former child actress’ mom and dad, Lynn and Richard, have returned to the city after Amanda posted bizarre updates — including revealing a face tattoo and announcing she was marrying Paul Michael, a man she met three months ago at Alcoholics Anonymous, then calling it off three weeks later!

But Amanda and Paul quickly reunited — and she posted a sonogram on March 17 with the caption, “Baby in the making,” raising new questions about her state of mind.
