Last year was undoubtedly a rough ride for Sam Frost. Indeed, after copping criticism for the 2DayFM show she hosted with Rove McManus – which has now been axed – the OG Aussie Bachelorette star suffered an on-air breakdown last July, later admitting she’d started being treated for depression by a psychologist.

Then, to really cap things off, her 18-month relationship with her Bachie love Sasha Mielczarek ended on bitter terms last December.

But eight months on, the bubbly blonde, 28, has come out the other side – with 2017 shaping up to be her best year ever!
