Nicole Richie seems to have it all. Cute kids? Check. A hubby who adores her? Check! A close-knit group of celeb besties we’d kill to be a part of? Check!

But while it may appear as though she’s living her best life, behind the scenes the star is secretly struggling with career and family worries that have her stressed out and starving. Now, NW can reveal she’s checking back into rehab to deal with her troubles before it’s too late.

“I get really stressed out, and I do lose my appetite,” Nicole reveals – and it’s this confession that has friends on tenterhooks.

“Nicole has so much on her plate and it’s a lot for her to deal with. Several little things have collided at once and she must be feeling really overwhelmed right now,” reveals a close family friend. “She’s always worrying about everyone else, but she’s got to start putting herself first and taking care of her health. Everyone just wants her to be healthy and happy.”
