8 DAYS: What prep did you do for today’s shirtless shoot?
NAT HO: I tried to up my workouts, which is hard ’cos I’m currently juggling three projects — Tanglin, My Squad Is Better Than Yours and renovation show Designer In The House. So it’s been pretty intense. But, at the end of the day, if you want to look good, you have to pay your dues (laughs).
What kind of exercises do you do?
I do cardio for when, say, I’ve an upcoming performance ’cos I’d need the stamina for that. Other than that, I mainly just do weights and sometimes, high-intensity circuit training. I used to do muay thai and dance too. Those are fun forms of workouts. But now I mostly just gym twice a week ’cos of my busy schedule. Honestly, gym is a bit boring. But I use the time to gather my thoughts and wind down for the day.
