Planet Nine Explorer Takes The Plunge

THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP launched the 75m Admiral Planet Nine, an innovative ice-class explorer yacht, in Marina di Carrara in January. Planet Nine is the 575th vessel built by the Group since 1942 and is scheduled for delivery to her owner by the end of the year.

As well as two elevators, the yacht is equipped with a helipad designed to accommodate an Agusta Grande helicopter, a below-deck hangar, refuelling capability and a dedicated cabin and office for the helicopter pilot.
