Matthew Christenson's '63 Chevy Nova
March 2018
|Street Rodder
Matthew Christenson of Abilene, Texas, was 8 when he and his dad saw a white ’62 Nova at a car show. His dad said that he liked early Novas, so Matthew decided that he did too. Nineteen years later, in 2013, he bought this ’63 Nova.
It was a frame-off rebuild, done by second owner Carlos Cruz. “It came with everything necessary to run a quarter-mile in 11 seconds. I wanted a car that my wife, young daughter, and I could cruise in.”
