RPM NATIONALS 2020 - Santa Margarita Ranch

It was touch and go there for a while. We all followed the RPM Nationals on Instagram waiting to hear if there was going to be a 2020 event? Then word came that they were going to have the event but were not sure if spectators were going to be allowed. So again we patiently waited to find out if it was going to be a racers-only event.

The event organizers were told it had to be racers only. That meant no car show, no swap meet, no vendors, and a big loss of revenue! But the organizers wanted to preserve the history of the event and decided to hold the racers-only event. So everyone showed up with their face masks on and put on one hell of a race!

ABOVE: Early morning on the Ranch @favcoast in his 1932 Ford truck, he was not taking hay to the cows. He was getting ready to race this mostly original truck at the Santa Margarita Ranch at RPM Nationals Flathead Drags. I think Frank may have caught the race bug as he was thinking about doing some engine upgrades.
