From the new generation Thar to a slew of electric vehicles, Mahindra has made a habit of making some very big announcements on India's Independence Day year after year and 2023 was no different. There was the future-read five-door fully electric version of the iconic Thar in its concept form accompanied by the Scorpio-N derived Global Pik Up concept, along with insights into the Mahindra's preparations for the roll-out of the production versions of its born electric concepts from last year. The farm division too had its brand-new, very modern range of OJA tractors on display meant for the Indian and international markets. And all this on foreign soil to drive home the point that besides the domestic market, Mahindra isn't just present in markets around the globe, but has ambitious expansion plans, both in terms of growth in existing markets and branching out into new ones as well.
