Spartan Race is more than just a race, it’s a lifestyle. The community of Spartan has grown tremendously over these years, and all of you who have run a Spartan Race have joined our family. Families look out for one another so this holiday season I want you to hold you part of the family accountable. The Holidays are a time when family and friends come together and quite often during these times it is easy to forget your commitments to a healthy lifestyle. Over indulgence is the accepted norm.
