BFI Babies - Zac Small and Wesley Thorp dominated the field at the Bob Feist Invitational Team Roping Classic by three seconds, roping six steers in 42.71 seconds. Each went home with $65,000 and a life-changing win.

The Old College Try - Best friends Cole Wheeler and Wesley Thorp won the College National Finals Rodeo by 2.4 seconds en route to the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association national title.

Hungry - Colorado’s Garrett Tonozzi and California’s Wyatt Cox are hoping their $8,783 week at the Reno (Nev.) Rodeo is a sign of things to come for the summer of 2016.

Fourth of July - Kaleb Driggers and Junior Nogueira were the high-money winners in the team roping over the Fourth-of-July run, surging from outside the top 40 at the beginning of June to fifth in the PRCA world standings as of July 5. Their go-big-or-go-home style earned them a whopping $22,884 despite Nogueira’s burnt right hand.
