Allen & Houston Magazine’s mission is to bring mental health awareness to everyone since 2018, and with times like these, we need each other more than ever. The goal of this magazine release is to uplift our community, and send positive energy into the universe. We have the power to attract good and do good anytime, anywhere.
A simple daily gratitude practice centers us. How? It helps us stay healthier, heals us, and turns our negatives: anger, fear, sadness, disappointment and hurt – into positives: inner peace, strength within us, kindness to ourselves, love, and compassion for others.
Our artists have put together some content to help you find new inspirations for your creativity, and easy to follow mental health tips to help you create and maintain a positive mindset.
All profits of this special magazine release go to Direct Relief - a nonprofit which works in the United States and internationally to equip doctors and nurses with lifesaving medical resources.
