We have a lot of things planned for the 4th year of AutoLife Magazine, and we’re really excited to hit the right notes. To set the pace, we’ll kick things off with an issue jam packed with what brings us together with our readers: the love of anything and everything on wheels.
On test is the newly launched Mitsubishi Outlander GLX. As you might remember, we did an epic road trip on a Pajero which we took to Jomsom-Muktinath. Mitsubishi has a soft spot in our hearts, but the road trip set standards for the moniker which they themselves might have difficulty living up to. Read on to see if the Outlander passed with flying colors or fell short of the mark. Another product that had our hopes set high was the KTM. The naked prowess of the KTM Duke had us grinning from ear to ear. Surprisingly, we might have found a beauty that looks better clothed. Now there’s a sentence we never thought we’d be saying. We have both the KTM RC 390 and RC 200 on test inside. There are some amazing personalities that we got a chance to feature in this issue of AutoLife Magazine. A man that took his Honda CG 125 from Nepal to Europe- illegally- Madhav Sharma can be looked at as a determined personality or a stubborn character. His 1997 expedition has more adventures than most men can have in a life time. Following in his footsteps is Julian Shrestha. Who will be making a world tour on a 1979 Bullet, 350. We talk to him as well. On our personality of the month is Mr. Ashoke SJB Rana, CEO of Himalayan Bank Ltd. His collection of SUVs had us jumping at the opportunity to meet the man and ask about his passion for automobiles. There’s a lot more for you to flip through in this issue.
