Explorations have charted the course of human civilisation since the dawn of existence. From the great inventors and scientists, to the intrepid navigators to our original, pathbreaking contemporaries, their zest for the unknown has led to the unfolding of life as we know it.

Our thirst for explorations goes beyond incredible feats to the commonplace arena of everyday living. It could be even something you knew already, but have been compelled to relook from a new perspective.

For the local , Goa may be familiar territory. But even a state as small and compact as ours which is inundated by tourists every year, there still abounds pockets of unknown or barely explored terrain. Timeline Goa set out to explore these offbeat corners far from the usual places trumpeted by our tourism brochures. Join us as we discover some unknown jewels of Goa from the far reaches of Agonda in the South to a reborn hippie haven in Arambol in the North. However, we urge visitors to maintain the still pristine charms and beauty of these relatively unknown zones of Goa.

Continuing with the spirit of exploration, we discover new night markets, ink in the finer intricacies of the art of tattooing and much more. In the age of faceless, anonymous electronica, it’s refreshing to discover that live music is still beating and continues to play on in Goa. Timeline Goa was recently privileged to witness the biggest live music jam in the country, comprising 70 musicians from across the state.
