Today Malayalam literature is seeing a significant resurgence through our very own non resident keralite authors. Their interest in staying close to the culture and bringing their world experiences to the malayali reader is creating a new wave of writing in malayalam. To honour these authors, Saaketham is publishing a special issue with their creations in November. The spread will cover articles from 16 countries including USA, UK, Germany, Italy, UAE, Canada, Australia, Bahrain & Saudi Arabia. Poet and English Indian writer, Smt. Priya Unnikrishnan, who lives in Texas will be Editor for this special issue.
