In August 2014, the company appointed SK Sayal as the new managing director and CEO to conceptualize and implement a scalable business strategy and provide overall leadership to the business. Sayal holds a rich experience of over 30 years in real estate industry across multiple organizations including Alpha G Corp, Mahindra/GESCO Group, DLF and Ansals. Since Sayal’s taking over the rein of the Bharti Realty, the company, along with continuous success of its commercial projects, has ventured into other spectrums of real estate including retail enters and residential development.

In an exclusive interview with Estate Avenues’ Managing Editor Suraj Sharma, Sayal talks about the present and future plan of Bharti Realty Limited in real estate sector. Excerpts from the interview
