The February edition of the NORKA Roots Newsletter highlights key achievements, including the Kerala Budget, an international honor for Dr. Ravi Pillai, and an event in Thiruvananthapuram. The budget allocated ₹150.81 crore for NORKA-related initiatives, including Pravasi welfare, entrepreneurship support, and rehabilitation programs.
