Construction Week spent four days at Excon 2017, South Asia’s biggest show for the construction equipment industry. This year, the show was even bigger as equipment makers turned up in full strength to showcase new range with advanced innovations and technologies. Interestingly, with the large number of road contracts being awarded, there was much optimism among the vendors.
Outlook 2018
We speak to real estate and infrastructure developers to understand what 2018 holds for them. Here again, they seem happy with the new policies that have been put in place that makes developers and buyers equally accountable. With REITs expected to be introduced in April/May, real estate developers are hoping that funds will be made accessible to them quickly.
