As it’s the December issue, we have a few Christmas projects; some small makes in this busy time. The cover features the Cranberry Garland Cushion which is a simple pieced and fusible appliqué cushion to add a quick touch of Christmas to your sofa, while the Polar Cushions are great cushions to make for someone who loves polar bears! Vendulka Battais shows us her wonderful Christmas Cathedral Window Wall Hanging and we also have a delightful Poinsettia Box to keep your treasures safe. The Christmas Tree Ruffles wall hanging is a quick raggedy wall hanging and the Tumbler Runner could also be made in a jiffy, but if you want something quiet and calming, then the Peace Angel Mini is definitely for you.

Gillian Cooper shows us highlights from this year’s Scottish Quilt Championships and Helen tells us the story of Mouse’s Linens. We find out more about Committed to Cloth, a group of textile artists who help people develop their creative ideas through cloth.

We also revisit Quilters Dream as Let’s Go Shopping helps them celebrate their 10th anniversary.
