February 1983 marked a pivotal moment in Land Rover’s history – the original introduction of the 110.

Forty years on, we know the answer – but looking back at the words of a leading 4x4 journalist at the time, as we are in the February issue of The Landy, makes for fascinating reading…
So too does the 107” pick-up in this issue, not to mention the Macneillie limousine – possibly the one and only example of a stretched Range Rover made by a company better known for armouring them.
