La crisis energética, agudizada durante la guerra de Ucrania, pero que ya venía manifestándose como consecuencia del parón económico durante la pandemia, evidencia que el nuevo orden internacional que surja del conflicto bélico que estremece al mundo no va a constituir la gran oportunidad para acelerar la transición energética y la descarbonización si no es capaz de mirarse en el espejo de Europa, cuya unidad de acción impulsa la sostenibilidad.
