February is a month of much delight in Sri Lanka with nature and culture providing many features of interest. The City of Colombo has reached a new phase in its progress moving to increased space and visitor facilities in the Port City Complex, which will be moving to be the new hub of South Asia.
The Full Moon Day festivity in Colombo features the multi-faceted “perahera” of the Gangaramaya Buddhist Temple. The Temple is also a key attraction with its range of mural paintings.
The Grand Oriental Hotel in Colombo is a legacy of delight from the British colonial days, as it looks over the Colombo Harbour.
South Beach Resort has been open to travelers for 17 years, which is located at Ahangam, main Galle- Matara road between Koggala and Ahangama. The Sinharaja Forest Reserve is a tropical rainforest rich in biodiversity with many endemic flora and fauna, declared as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Vajirarama Forest Solitude Kandy, noise of birds song make the forest solitude pretty feelings where the heart muttering. This is an amazing place to meditate, which is really true cannot explain until you visit this amazing place and the cool environment.
