I was really interested to read our article on eating for brain power this month. The experts agree that a healthy and well balanced diet is not only important for our physical health, it is also vital for our mental health. It made me wonder how many of us take that into account when trialling all the weird and wonderful “diets” we subject ourselves to with the aim of getting thinner. Maybe we should be thinking as much about eating for our mental health as for our weight goals.
