The April 2018 issue of Apparel welcomes the summer. With a theme titled ‘Springing into Summer’, the issue is full of hot trends and unique insights into various new movements in the apparel industry.

Under the ‘Reports’ segment, we offer a recap of the seminar on ‘Delegation’ organised by The Western Regional Committee of the CMAI. We also report on the International Textile Conference organised by The Textile Association (India). In order to welcome the summer, our ‘Trend Talk’ section features a glimpse of all the cool fashion trends in vogue this hot season. We also explore the exciting Bohemian Fashion trend, as well as offer an insight into the traditional practice of lace makers in South-Western Sri Lanka. In the ‘Fashion Speak’ segment, we report on the latest in fashion from the Amazon India Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2018.
