सन् २००१ की बात है। मेरा प्लाइवुड का धंधा अच्छा चल रहा था लेकिन ज्यादा मुनाफे के लालच में मैं 'फिल्म डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर' का काम करने लगा । उसमें मुझे बहुत घाटा सहना पड़ा और मेरे ऊपर डेढ़-दो करोड़ रुपये का कर्जा हो गया । पैसे समय पर न लौटाने के कारण मेरे ऊपर २२ केस हो गये । कई जगहों पर तो कोर्ट ने अरेस्ट वारंट तक निकाल दिये थे । जेल जाने की नौबत आ गयी थी। आखिर कोई रास्ता न निकलता देख परेशान होकर मैंने आत्महत्या करने का र निर्णय ले लिया।
