In this issue

If there is one thing that we love about the barbering industry, it is how much it continues to change and grow. Whenever we sit down to decide what topics to cover each issue, there is always something new or a different perspective to take.

In this issue, we felt it was the right time to discuss media, something that plays a huge role for barbers today. Whether it is how you build your Instagram channel or how to create the perfect photoshoot, barbers are using all aspects of media to their advantage, and who does it more effectively than our cover stars, Rum Barber?

Known for their quirky, engaging videos and honest product reviews, it seemed only appropriate to talk to our neighbours and find out how they became so skilled in everything from Instagram to videography. Meanwhile, Kevin Luchmun shares his tips on creating on-location imagery and S-Ence explains why videography is becoming increasingly important for barbers.

Elsewhere, with London Fashion Week Men’s taking place last month, we put the focus on fashion, and the role it plays in barbering. We talk to barber and Geordie Shore star Sam Bentham, who tells us how he created his own apparel to feed his passion for fashion, and TONI&GUY;’s Dexter Johnson about his experience behind the catwalk.

If that wasn’t enough, we also take a closer look at four of the most popular foil shavers currently available on the market, explore the best barbershops Brighton has to offer and get an exclusive look at David Raccuglia’s new collaboration with DERT. So, do we have your attention?
