COACH CAFÉ
Luxury fashion brand Coach recently launched Coach Play Singapore Shophouse, a three‑storey dining and retail concept store on Keong Saik Road that operates as a café by day and a dessert bar by night. After day shopping, guests can head to the café and savour New York‑inspired brunch staples and artisanal coffee created in collaboration with home‑grown brand Brawn & Brains Coffee. Signatures include the classic pancakes served with maple syrup, mixed berries jam, and homemade kaya for a local touch. Come night, the space morphs into a dessert bar that pays tribute to Coach’s rich heritage with creations named after various brand codes, including Hangtag, Rexy and Signature C, and dishes such as The Hangtag Surprise, comprising vanilla ice cream and mixed berries compote with a chocolate hangtag.
