Nate feels guilty for betraying Elena.... Audra tells Elena that she has tracked down J.T. Elena does a video call with J.T. and asks him to tell the story about his brain tumor on her medical podcast. After, Elena informs Audra that she's going to L.A. to see what's really up with Nate and Victoria.... In an L.A. restaurant, Elena confronts Nate and Victoria. When Nate admits he slept with Victoria, Elena excoriates him and declares to Nate that their relationship is over. After, Victoria suggests that Nate was perhaps not as happy in his relationship as he said he was.

DOUBLE JEOPARDY - Holly shares with Anna and Robert that according to Ethan, Victor is resurrecting technology he worked on with Mikkos, and that his own loved ones would be protected when he executed his scheme. The trio speculates that his plan involves a chemical agent, which is why he needs Obrecht, and decides to alert the WSB. Andre meets up with Holly, Anna and Jordan with Cassadine files he swiped from the WSB and the group realizes that Victor possesses a biological weapon capable of mass destruction. Scott demands answers from Anna, Holly and Robert, and they implore him not to involve the WSB, which could jeopardize the lives of their loved ones. To ensure his silence, Holly knocks Scott out, but when he comes to, he immediately calls the WSB and alerts them to what Victor is up to.

THE TRUTH HURTS - Nicole spies a cozy moment between Eric and Sloan. After, Eric bumps into Nicole, who expresses surprise that Eric and Sloan are hooking up again. Eric clarifies they are now in a real relationship. They wish each other well.... EJ runs into Sloan, who accidentally reveals Eric and Nicole slept together. As EJ reels, Eric happens by, and the two men lock eyes.... Nicole returns to the DiMera mansion, where she suddenly experiences a painful cramp, which causes her to double over in pain.

VISITOR’S SAY - Steffy recounts to Finn how her visit with Sheila went.... Sheila summons Jack to the prison. She’s thrilled when he shows up to visit her. Jack demands to know what Sheila wants from him. Sheila reminds Jack of the good times they shared, clearly attempting to manipulate him. Finally, Sheila asks Jack to help get her out of prison. Jack assures Sheila that he only agreed to visit to tell her once and for all to leave him alone and that he will not help her. Sheila maintains that she and Jack had a wonderful relationship before, and they could have that again.

Nicole receives surprising news from Kayla: She’s pregnant. “Nicole’s having some bad cramping, and she hasn’t gotten her period,” sets up Arianne Zucker (Nicole). “Kayla thinks she’s in perimenopause, and Nicole is like, ‘What? No I’m not.’ They run a couple of routine tests and, voilà, it’s not menopause, it’s a baby. This is the last thing Nicole thought.”

B&B: STEFFY CATCHES HOPE AND THOMAS

Steffy walks in on Thomas and Hope seemingly holding hands, which prompts a quick response from Hope. “Hope is mortified and more so upset with herself for getting caught up in the moment,” explains her portrayer, Annika Noelle. “She explains to Steffy that they received good news with the numbers for Hope For The Future and they innocently got lost in the excitement. She begs Steffy not to make more out of it than there is.”
