WAKE UP… I usually get up around 3.45am. I have a quick shower, then grab a banana on my way out the door – and sometimes there’s a brief panic if I can’t find the car keys!
COFFEE TIME… I arrive at work about 4.20am. I turn the lights on and the coffee machine. I check the news websites, find any audio I may need and start putting the show together.
