Eco-activists plot for chaos in fossil fuel fight

ECO-WARRIORS plan to cause chaos at insurance companies across the UK later this month in protest against them backing fossil fuel projects.

Extinction Rebellion has drawn up a "hit-list" of more than 40 targets, including top insurer Lloyd's of London, for mass protest and disruption starting on February 26.

They say bosses at insurers, underwriters and managing agents can expect letters this week, warning them to stop supporting the projects - or face action by thousands of protesters.
