CBI court reopens assets case against Yadav family after new disclosures

The CBI had informed the special court last month that the report filed by Yadav was fake. The agency had also filed a closure report in the case, claiming that it was not able to track the people who had prepared the fabricated report filed by Yadav.

Special judge Anjani Mahajan on Wednesday took cognizance of the CBI's claim that Yadav's report was fake. She rejected the closure report filed by the CBI and asked the agency to conduct fresh investigation to nab the persons who had fabricated the fake report.
