JAT Holdings subsidiary, JAT Exports DMCC, acquired Mirotone (NZ) Limited of New Zealand for 4 million Australian dollars.
"This acquisition covers the company's intellectual property portfolio, including proprietary formulations, brands, technology assets and international businesses of the company, CSE sources said.
Amid those developments both indices moved upwards yesterday. The All-Share Price Index went up by 114.15 points, while the S and P SL20 rose by 39.57 points. Turnover stood at Rs 5.7 billion with 11 crossings.
