MAY is National Bike Month, and this past week has also been Mental Health Awareness Week, with the theme this year being 'Movement: Moving for our mental health, so what better time to dust off the bike and have a ride?

On your bike for a great view of nature

I don't cycle half as much as I should, my brain often gets in the way with the additional travel time and having to think about what I need, but whenever I do head out on my bike, I always love it. I tend to pick routes that are off-road if I have the option, and I often find myself surrounded by nature on these routes.
