Murder inquiry girl 'suffered four cardiac arrests'

INQUEST OPENS INTO DEATH OF TEENAGER

A 13-YEAR-OLD girl was found unresponsive before suffering four cardiac arrests, an inquest opening into her death heard.

Casey-Louise Horrocks, from Mossley, Tameside, was found by emergency services at a property on Sheepridge Road in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, at 11.36pm on Monday, August 11.

An inquest into the tragedy was opened yesterday at Bradford Coroners Court.

The court heard Casey-Louise was taken to Calderdale Royal Hospital, in Halifax, where she tragically died the next day having suffered multiple cardiac arrests.
